Jacinta McArdle, PRINCIPAL
Jacinta Michelle McArdle has had a great passion for performing from a young age, performing at only 2 in the national Eisteddfod singing solo. After leaving school she went on to train in a Professional Diploma in Musical Theatre at Studio La Point, Leeds, where she was thrilled to gain a full scholarship. Further qualifications include; BTEC National Diploma in Dance, First Air, Defibrillator Training, Acrobatic Arts Society Certified (all levels), IDTA Teachers in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, Disco, Freestyle and Musical Theatre and qualified ZUMBA instructor.​

She also was a part of Laines Theatre Arts Squad in Epsom, London, and studied performing arts at Pineapple Dance Studio, London. Jacinta started her professional career at just 18 as part of the Show Team for Bourne Leisure (Haven Holidays) which was just the start! She quickly rose to Dance Captain and into management as Assistant Manger at Ola Hotel chain in Mallorca, Spain! From here, Jacinta went on to choreograph and perform in various parts of Spain, Cyprus, Australia and all over the UK, also performing in Disneyland Paris. On return to the UK, Jacinta managed various performance and entertainment teams across the UK.

Working near her home town, Jacinta developed her passion for professionally teaching at various dance schools and primary and secondary schools. In 2015, Jacinta was thrilled to form Dance with Cinti, passing her passion and industry experience onto students from across North Wales.
Jenny Rawlinson, Tutor

Jenny started her passion for dance at the age of 4 at Pearl Shaws School of Performing Arts, continually improving throughout childhood to go on and train at The Hammond School, until the age of 19. Skills learned at the Hammond School included all genres and styles from ballet, tap, modern, drama, contemporary dance to musical theatre. Jenny also gained her teaching certificate in RAD Ballet together with full teaching qualifications for ISTD Tap, Modern, Ballet and National Dance

Jenny went on to have a career dancing and singing at Holiday Parks where she eventually became Assistant Entertainments Manager at 21. Although Jenny has now taken a back seat from teaching, she is still part of the Dance with Cinti team as Admin Manager.
SARAH DHALIWAL, TUTOR

Sarah began teaching Musical Theatre for the Rhyl Little Theatre Children's club in April this year and loving every minute. She's performed professionally and amateur from the age of 8 in the world's longest running pantomime Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. At 14 onwards she performed in summer seasons of variety shows, olde thyme music halls, Carousel, West Side Story, Kiss me Kate, 42nd Street, promotional work and at 18 began at the Northern Ballet School (where her son now attends).
Sarah gained her Imperial Society and Royal Academy teaching qualification in Ballet, Tap and Modern from Merseyside Dance and Drama Centre along with her advanced 2 performance examinations, drama and singing. She is also module one Acrobatics Arts certified, Her teaching career began for her mother, Barbara O'Grady and then she moved on to teaching in Hertfordshire and Essex. Since returning to North Wales (now having 3 boys) she has concentrated on inclusive training (her youngest son has autism and adhd plus learning issues) and is currently studying the prestigious Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing Level 6 diploma in Pedagogy opening up more training opportunities for aspiring performers.
EMILY EVANS, TUTOR

Emily began dance training at the age of 3 in Pearl Shaw School of Performing Arts and later attended Linzi Grace School of Dance in 2007. This is where she took dance exams in Ballet, Tap, Modern and was also part of the senior group at Linzi Grace. In 2016 she went on to begin pursuing her dream in dance attending Addict Dance Academy for 5 years. Here Emily was introduced to advanced training in Commerical, Hip Hop and Latin graduating in 2021 with a Btec and Degree in Performing Arts (Dance).
Emily is now currently attending a 1 year advanced learning course in Liverpool Theatre School in order to continue her training and receive her Level 4 ISTD Diploma in Dance Education. Emily's dreams for the future is to perform on cruise ships and later on in life opening her own Dance School and continue to train versatile strong dancers.
